Inspiring Influencer: Raya Coleman

Women empowerment and supporting our community are very important here at SKOVA. Each week we will choose one influencer that has inspired us in some way! So let's dive into our first ever post on this series!! 

For our first Inspiring Influencer Blog post, we sat down with Raya Coleman, a wife, a mother of two, and an Elite Orange Status presenter with Younique. We asked her a few questions that shed some light into what it takes to launch into the new year with a solid action plan that helps set you up for a successful year ahead! 

How do you set goals?

I set my goals the 1st & 14th of the month. Im always competing with myself. So whatever I did the month before in my businesses I try to top that. It keeps me pushing to be the best I can be. 

What are tips and tricks you use to keep these goals? 

I check myself, if I'm behind I try to think ok what can I do differently, am I being lazy about my methods? And I'm always trying to think outside the box to give my followers fresh content.

Do you have a morning routine? If yes, what is your favorite part? 

Yes I live for my morning routine, I pour a glass of water and a glass of coffee and I sip them both while responding back to emails while my kiddos eat their breakfast, it eases me into the day.

What advice do you have for other boss babes? 

Consistence & Push yourself outside that comfort zone!

Do you have a mantra? If so, what is it? 

Yes I do, and this comes from being just a regular mom who wasn’t too into beauty or fashion and was self conscious to start into this blogging world... “Hustle till your haters ask if your hiring.” And I've found that to not only be motivating and uplifting for me, but 100% true!
