We sat down with Cari Pack and asked her a few questions that shed some light into what it takes to launch into the new year with a solid action plan that helps set you up for a successful year ahead! Let's take a look!

HOW DO YOU SET GOALS?

I set weekly, quarterly and yearly goals, and I have to write them down to hold myself to them! I also expect my employees to set goals, life is much more fulfilling when you’re working toward something.

WHAT ARE TIPS AND TRICKS YOU USE TO KEEP THESE GOALS?

Vision Board! I create a new vision board every year and hang it in my office!

DO YOU HAVE A MORNING ROUTINE? IF YES, WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART?

Drop off kids at school at 7:30am then spin on a bike while checking emails on my phone, it helps me to get the blood and brain flowing.

WHAT ADVICE DO YOU HAVE FOR OTHER BOSS BABES?

Stick with it! There’s no such thing as get rich quick. Find your passion, have patience and keep at it.

DO YOU HAVE A MANTRA? IF SO, WHAT IS IT?

Oh I have many! Currently: “Nothing good ever comes easy”
