CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
Job Description:
-
Providing customer care at the highest level
-
Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers and retailers; documenting details of calls and customer interactions
-
Responding and interacting with inquires via email; engaging with social media audience; influencer outreach
-
Back end administration assistance
Requirements:
-
Minimum of 1 year customer service experience, retail or ecommerce preferred
-
Creative problem solving skills
-
A high-level of empathy, patience, and understanding
-
Ability to quickly asses a situation and provide a sound solution
-
Applying Skova’s ethos and brand identity in all forms of communication
-
Maintaining a high level of integrity
SHIPPING ASSISTANT - PART-TIME
Responsibilities:
-
Assists shipping manager in outbound product shipment and receipt of all products
-
Collaborates and communicates management, customer service representatives, and shipping providers
-
Tracks, traces, and updates the status of shipments
-
Maintains an accurate log sheet of shipments and counting accurately
-
Scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing stock
-
Pulling, packing, and loading
-
Good written and verbal communication skills
-
Strong sense of time organization and urgency
-
Able to work independently and within a team
Requirements:
-
Must be organized and able to coordinate with co-workers and shipping providers
-
Must be honest and act with integrity
-
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
-
Valid California driver’s license
-
Valid auto insurance
-
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
-
Minimum of 6 months retail or customer service experience
