Job Description:  

  • Providing customer care at the highest level

  • Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers and retailers; documenting details of calls and customer interactions

  • Responding and interacting with inquires via email; engaging with social media audience; influencer outreach

  • Back end administration assistance


  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience, retail  or ecommerce preferred 

  • Creative problem solving skills

  • A high-level of empathy, patience, and understanding

  • Ability to quickly asses a situation and provide a sound solution

  • Applying Skova’s ethos and brand identity in all forms of communication

  • Maintaining a high level of integrity





  • Assists shipping manager in outbound product shipment and receipt of all products

  • Collaborates and communicates management, customer service representatives, and shipping providers

  • Tracks, traces, and updates the status of shipments

  • Maintains an accurate log sheet of shipments and counting accurately

  • Scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing stock

  • Pulling, packing, and loading

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong sense of time organization and urgency

  • Able to work independently and within a team 


  • Must be organized and able to coordinate with co-workers and shipping providers

  • Must be honest and act with integrity

  • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds

  • Valid California driver’s license

  • Valid auto insurance

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

  • Minimum of 6 months retail or customer service experience
